key decisionmakers about all the relevant information linked
to company culture and key competencies

• A list of target candidates in relevant industry is produced in
alignment with the Client resulting in market overview

• We discretely contact potentially relevant candidates to check
if mutual interest allows further discussion

• Potential candidates will be invited for a detailed interview to
ensure he or she matches the requirements and that the
position is an appropriate move in terms of the candidate’s
career path, financial, personal goals and motivation

• All candidates involved in the selection process will receive on
time information on their status in regards to the next steps.
Those who do not pass to next rounds will received rejection
letters – calls

Candidate tenure – The Client will be liable to pay a 100% fee in respect of any Candidate engaged by the Client as a consequence of, or resulting from an introduction by MJM Recruiting, whether direct or indirect, which occurs within 18 – month period.
This is applicable to any kind of Offer of Engagement that has been made by the Client and accepted by the candidate.

For our partner, proven chemical / metal industry provider, MJM Solutions is looking for Technical Sales
Consultant.
We are searching for sales/service oriented Industrial Sales Professional to market our full line pretreatment
chemicals, metalworking fluids, and water treatment chemicals. This position will lead accounts and new business
development throughout the northern Indiana and southwest lower Michigan region.
In addition to driving new revenue, you will be responsible for providing product training, technical support, and
ongoing service to customers within the metal finishing industry. Complete sales support is provided through our
in-house ISO 9001:2015 certified customer applications and quality assurance labs.

Basic requirements:

● sales experience: at least 2+ at least on the role exposed to sales function or at the least someone who’s
ready to prove him/her – self as a sales associate
● industrial background: someone who has Chemical/Technical/Metal-Industry background; who
understands the process of metal pre-treatment
● education: at the least high school, college preferable
● valid driver’s license
● self starter, goal driven, go getter, long term oriented

Terms and conditions

Guarantee

If the recruited candidate shows lack of competence and knowledge for the job within the period presented in the table defined in article “Cost of Service”, after joining the Client’s firm, MJM Recruiting commits to resume the assignment once without any additional fee.

The guarantee does not apply in following cases: 

• If the position or working conditions offered to the candidate are substantially changed during that period of time, or in case Client didn’t settle all previous obligations defined by the contract

• If the Client dismisses the employee due to company downsizing and restructuring

• If the Client has not paid sums owed to Heads Talent Solutions or Workforce in relation to the initial placement

Exclusivity

The project is based on the principle of exclusivity. As a result, Client is not entitled to entrust any legal entity with a similar mandate during a two months period from the issue date of the down payment.

Off-limits policy

MJM Recruiting and Workforce undertake not to approach any of the presented candidates previously hired by the Client in a two-year period, after its latest assignment.

Payment terms

• Invoices are payable upon receipt with the payment term of 45 days.

• Failure to pay any invoice may result in the temporary suspension or, indeed, termination of the assignment; however, such suspension or termination in no way affects MJM Recruitment right to payment for services rendered in accordance with this Agreement.

• VAT is not included in the above defined cost of service. All invoices are subject to Value Added Tax, where applicable.

• The Client agrees to provide with details of the Compensation as an Appointment has been made

• All payments based on this contract shell be made in USD.
